Certified Athletic Trainers:

The Valley Athletic Trainers Association (VATA) is recognized by the Board of Certification, Inc. to offer continuing education for Certified Athletic Trainers. This program h as been approved for a maximum of 15 hours of Category A continuing education. Certified Athletic Trainers are responsible for claiming only those hours actually spent participating in the continuing education activity. BOC Approved Provider Number: P2724.

State of Texas Licensed Athletic Trainers:

Athletic Trainers licensed by the Texas Advisory Board of Athletic Trainers will receive continuing education credit for license renewal requirements for the Texas Department of State Health Services.

Physical Therapists and Physical Therapist Assistants:

Application has been made with the Texas Physical Therapy Association for the PT and PTA’s Certification.

The exact number of credit hours to be given will be determined by the final program schedule and the rules and regulations of the governing organizations for participants. The credit hours for the next seminar will be posted when registration opens.
