Set Up

The vendor's area of the convention center will be available on Thursday, before the seminar starts on Friday morning. You may come in and set up your booth with Bob Aparicio between 10:30 and 12:30 in the morning, or between 4:00 and 6:00 in the afternoon during SPATS registration. A secure space in the convention center will be provided to store items overnight. Each booth will come with one 8’ table with table cloth and skirt, and two (2) chairs. There will be a $50.00 fee for additional tables. We will provide signs with your company name, which we will hang on the backdrop of your booth, at no extra charge. We will make the signs based on the information that you provide when you register, so please make sure that you have the correct information in the contract. You may hang signs or banners only in the immediate area of your table. No signs or banners will be hung from the ceiling or over doors. Electricity at your table will be available on request.

Fees

All exhibitors will be charged a flat rate of $450.00. This fee includes one 8’ table with two (2) chairs, booth sign, two (2) SPATS seminar t-shirts, and two (2) wristbands for the Friday night social at Louie’s Backyard. Additional wristbands may be purchased at the registration desk.

Exhibitor Hours

The following hours have been set for the exhibits area of the convention center to be available for seminar participants.

Friday, 8am – 6pm Saturday, 8am – 2pm Sunday, 8am – 10:30am
These are the hours the participants will have access to the vendor’s area, however you may choose when you will be at your table during these hours.

Deadlines

Registration for exhibit space must be received no later than one week before SPATS begins. Full payment must accompany the SPATS Exhibitor Agreement. Download the Registration Form or Register Online
