Student Ambassador

Application Requirements

  • A brief essay explaining why you would make a great student ambassador for the Valley Athletic Trainers Association
  • An official high school transcript
  • Be a current student member in good standing of the Valley Athletic Trainers Association and for the duration of the ambassadorship
  • Be in 10th grade or higher
  • All applications must be submitted online
  • Incomplete applications will not be considered
  • Complete applications must be recieved by January 31st
All sections of this application must be completed in order to be considered. All required documentation must be attached before submitting this form. Forms submitted without the required documentation attached will not be considered. We will notify you by e-mail if you are selected.
